About Sheyan

Sheyan is a Registered Psychologist who works in our Hawthorn clinic. He has experience and a passion in reducing the stigma associated with men of all ages seeking help. Sheyan has a background providing counselling services and diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents and adults across private practice and school settings.

Sheyan takes pride in creating an authentic, warm, non-judgmental and collaborative space for individuals to work through difficulties they may be experiencing.

Sheyan supports men experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Difficulties and Grief (Bereavement or Separation). Sheyan also has keen interests in supporting clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,Single Incident Trauma (e.g Motor Vehicle Accidents), Postnatal Depression, Addictive behaviours and enjoys working with Neurodiverse Adults. Sheyan also has a passion for differential diagnosis and is trained in the assessment of Autism, ADHD, Giftedness, Intellectual Disability and Dyslexia. Sheyan enjoys providing comprehensive reports that can provide access to further support and create systemic change.

When Sheyan isn’t in the clinic, he can probably be found at his local gym, watching movies, playing video games or walking his adorable pooch!  

Sheyan provides Assessment services to males 6yr+ & Counselling services to males aged 16yrs+.
Clients outside these age ranges are still encouraged to contact reception to determine if they may be a good fit with Sheyan.

  • Masters of Professional Psychology, Monash University
  • Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Deakin University
  • Bachelor of Psychological Science, Deakin University
