Episode 4: The Journey of a Veteran Mr Gus Wilson

Gus joined The Australian Army as a cavalryman in 2005 and served until 2017. In that time he became an. instructor of gunnery, studying at The Australian Army School of Armour, a cavalry crew commander and trainer. During time in the Army did 2 separate operational tours of Iraq. The first was a combat tour in 2006-2007 and a training tour in 2015 in which he was training local forces for the fight against ISIS. Since leaving the Army has worked in disability care, became a state-level representative rugby coach and now is the owner of 3 Barber businesses.
