Adrian is a Registered Psychologist based at our Hawthorn clinic, with a strong focus on helping adults navigate career challenges and personal growth. He has a particular passion for working with men across various life stages who are seeking clarity and direction in both their personal and professional lives.
Adrian has a wealth of experience & specialises in career counselling and guidance, including career & life transitions, vocational assessments, job search strategies, outplacement services, and personal branding. With experience supporting over 500 clients, he provides practical strategies and tailored support to help individuals plan, progress, and thrive in their careers while managing stress, burnout & wellbeing.
In addition to his career expertise, Adrian also works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and work-related challenges. His approach is practical, compassionate, and geared toward achieving meaningful outcomes.
Outside of Blokes Psychology, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, trail running, teaching at Deakin University, reading, listening to podcasts, and making his annual trip to Berlin, Germany.
Adrian works with clients aged 18+ and is committed to helping men build fulfilling careers and lives that align with their values and aspirations.
