Andrew is a Registered Psychologist who has a strong interest in working with adultmen of all ages. Andrew works at our Hawthorn clinic.
Andrew is passionate about mental health and the ways in which psychology can assist people in living lives that they love and are truly proud of. Andrew has experience working with a diverse range of clients, in a range of different clinical and support settings.
Andrew works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, confidence and self-belief challenges, interpersonal and relationship challenges, bereavement and grief, life adjustment and transition, as well as addiction, trauma, and dissociative and personality related disorders.
Andrew believes that our mental health exists on a continuum and is something that we can meaningfully engage with as part of a healthy lifestyle, all throughout our lifetime.
Just as we engage with our physical health by caring for, nourishing, strengthening, and training our bodies, Andrew believes that we can engage with our mental health in similar ways.
By caring for, nourishing, strengthening, and training our minds, we can improve our mental fitness, mental flexibility, and overall mental health, which can contribute to us living deeply enriching and meaningful lives, while also allowing us the opportunity to heal and recover from our psychological injuries.
Outside of his clinical work, Andrew enjoys watching films, reading biographies and books about art, playing music and spending time on the coast.
