Benji is a Registered Psychologist and PhD candidate who specialises in working with children, adolescents, their families & young men , in supporting them through a range of life challenges. He believes creating a safe, comfortable environment is the key to achieving successful outcomes.
To do so, Benji adopts a client-centred approach, incorporating clients’ interests and personal goals into sessions.
Benji has experience and interest in working to support clients with anxiety, depression, life direction, stress, autism, and self-esteem, social skills, and anger management issues. Benji is also well versed in assessments and report writing, with proficiency in completing WPPSI, WISC, WAIS, and WIAT assessments.
Outside his role as a psychologist at Blokes Psychology, Benji is completing a PhD at Monash University. He is passionate about research, and believes in using the latest evidenced-based approaches to equip clients with the tools to thrive in the face of adversity.
Benji sees clients aged between 5-25.
