Jeffrey Avergun

Jeffrey is a Registered Psychologist who works in our Bayside (Cheltenham) office. He has experience in providing counselling services and cognitive/educational assessments for children and adolescents from various social and cultural backgrounds.

Jeffrey values the importance of creating a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship with his clients; acknowledging how hard it can be at times for young males to open up about their various challenges.

Jeffrey uses a range of interventions to support and assist clients with depression, anxiety,
emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, shyness, social challenges, study skills, behaviour problems, stress management and developing their own personal identity.

Jeffrey is equally passionate about administering cognitive and educational assessments, and providing individualised recommendations to best support each client in the short and long-term.

Jeffrey sees clients aged 5-17 years of age.
