Rohan is a Registered Psychologist with a background in mental health support services, private practice and the hospitality industry. His varied life experience informs a grounded, human-centred approach to therapy that values authenticity, purpose, and genuine connection.
Rohan is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives. Whether supporting someone through trauma, navigating emotional upheaval, or finding better ways to manage everyday stress, he brings flexibility, creativity, and compassion to each session.
Known for his dynamic and direct approach, Rohan creates a therapeutic space built on trust and emotional safety. He’s not afraid to explore the deeper questions when the time is right, always with care and a clear sense of purpose.
Rohan works with adults and adolescents (15+) experiencing a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, additions, anger, complex trauma and PTSD, OCD, specific phobias, adult ADHD, personality vulnerabilities, burnout, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties.
Outside the therapy room, Rohan enjoys fitness, spending time in nature, restoring vintage cars and furniture, diving into philosophy, and staying across the latest in tech.
